What Does it Mean to be Master Credentialed in Collaborative Divorce?
In this video, Curtis explains why credentialing is important to clients when choosing a Collaborative Divorce family lawyer.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized as a Master Credentialed Collaborative Divorce Professional,” said Harrison, “I sincerely believe that if divorce is the only option for a marriage, then Collaborative Divorce is simply a better way for couples to end their marriage.” The Collaborative Divorce process gives couples the opportunity to confidentially create their own customized divorce, focusing on protecting their families and preserving their resources and assets through solutions-oriented, interest-based negotiation.
Harrison is board certified in Family Law and has been named a Texas Super Lawyer (Thomson Reuters) every year since 2008, a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers in America in Family Law (Woodward and White Press), Mediation and Collaborative Law from 2017-2021, and served as the firm’s managing partner from 2016-2020.
Collaborative Divorce Texas is a non-profit organization that provides its members with training, education, and resources dedicated to helping families navigate divorce using an alternative to litigation.
