Providing Family Law Support with Expertise, Trust, and Compassion
With nearly two decades of experience as a paralegal, Victoria is dedicated to helping clients resolve their family law matters based on the pillars of trust, ethics, responsiveness, and respect. Utilizing a solution-oriented approach, Victoria assists in all areas of family law, including pleadings, discovery, trial and mediation preparation, and correspondence with courts and opposing counsel.
Victoria’s values align seamlessly with GBA’s mission to provide exceptional client value. She remarks, “I work to ensure that if our client has questions, we don’t end the call, meeting, or email exchange until all those questions have been answered and they have a complete understanding. I actively look for solutions and consider the ‘what-ifs’ that could arise during the case, and then assist the client to plan accordingly.”
Victoria’s paralegal experience extends beyond family law, encompassing positions in labor and employment law, bankruptcy, estate planning, environmental law, and business organizations. Underscoring her commitment to the profession, Victoria is a highly credentialed paralegal. She is a Board-Certified Paralegal by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and an active member of the State Bar of Texas – Paralegal Division and the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. Additionally, she holds three NALA advanced certifications: two in family law and one in discovery.
Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Collin Community College. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in University Studies with an emphasis in Civil and Criminal Law from the University of Texas, Arlington, achieving Magna Cum Laude honors once again.
Outside the office, Victoria enjoys spending time in her garden, organizing, and being sous chef to her husband while he creates culinary masterpieces. She frequently volunteers in the children’s department at her church.
