Rona’s detail-oriented approach and client responsiveness perfectly align with GBA’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. She explains, “I strive to authentically listen to what the client is saying and anticipate their needs before being asked. Clients come to us at their worst, and I treat them as I would want to be treated, ensuring we navigate them through this challenging time in their lives as swiftly as possible to help them move on to the next best version of themselves.”
Rona also embodies GBA’s dedication to outstanding service. She recalls, “In 2018, a client from 1990 needed a copy of her decree. I immediately located the cause number, obtained the decree, and delivered it to her. Our commitment extends beyond the duration of the legal process. I absolutely love helping people.”
Rona earned her degree from the Southeastern Paralegal Institute (now Kaplan College) in 1995 and has since been an active litigation paralegal. She is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and serves as the Sub-Chair for its publications committee, highlighting her dedication to the profession.
