With nearly a decade of experience as a practicing family law paralegal, Jill is dedicated to guiding clients through their divorce using the Collaborative Divorce model. From drafting to filing, she meticulously oversees each case, ensuring that all clients, attorneys, and professionals have the necessary resources to advance the case efficiently. 

Jill is committed to providing a white-glove client experience, upholding her core values of efficiency, transparency, respect, and empathy. She attentively listens to each client’s needs alongside her attorney to craft a tailored plan that constructively resolves family law matters. “I strive to make our legal team seamless and proactive, focusing on easing our clients’ traumatic experiences as much as possible,” she explains. 

Jill authored “Navigating Your Paralegal’s Influence in a Collaborative Case from Start to Finish,” which was featured in NALA Magazine. She actively participates in the Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA), holding leadership roles such as Events Chair and Vice President of Programs. Jill has received the President’s Award (2020) and the Paralegal of the Year Award (2023). She also plays a crucial role in the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Course Planning Committee. 

Outside the office, Jill loves traveling to explore new destinations and volunteers for local rescues as well as fosters many “fur kids.”
