Carlos Gracia and his team were amazing! I filed it in April and finalized it in mid-December. My ex and I took too much time to decide to sell the house, so if we decided sooner, I think it could have been done in October or November, since Carlos was very actively working on my case. It was my mistake not putting the house on the market earlier, and Carlos was very patiently waiting for my decision. Since my ex didn’t have his lawyer, Carlos communicated with him all the time. When selling the house, he communicated with my realtor and the title company as well. The net sale went to the trust bank of his firm, which was very relieved for me not letting my ex touch any money. The process was very straightforward as well.
