A Family Law Practice Focused on Listening and Guidance
I focus my practice on family law, with experience in child custody matters, including SAPCR cases. I work with individuals who need clear, steady guidance through the legal process and value an attorney who takes time to understand their circumstances and priorities.
I approach each case with careful attention and preparation. By listening closely and explaining options in a straightforward way, I help clients make informed decisions at each stage of their case. My goal is to bring structure and clarity to what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming experience.
Here’s How I Help Clients:
- Provide clear communication and consistent guidance throughout the family law process
- Approach child custody and family-related matters with care, preparation, and attention to detail
- Help clients understand their options so they can move forward with confidence
Experience and Professional Credentials
Franchizca brings hands-on experience from private practice, legal clinics, and court settings. She has assisted with a wide range of family law matters, including the preparation of divorce filings, child custody agreements, motions, and responses. Her work frequently involves legal research and evidentiary review to support case strategy and ensure thoughtful preparation.
During law school, Franchizca served as a student attorney in both a Domestic Violence Clinic and a Children’s Rights Clinic, where she worked directly with individuals and families navigating sensitive and high-stakes situations including matters involving Child Protective Services (CPS). She also gained valuable insight into the judicial process through her experience with the Travis County Probate Court and by observing child protection proceedings in Central Texas. These experiences contribute to her client-focused approach to family law matters involving children.
In recognition of her work and commitment to family law, Franchizca was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® for Family Law in 2026.
Franchizca practices in Goranson Bain Ausley’s Austin office.
