With a 30-year career in speech-language pathology, Andrea brings deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to family-focused support to her role as a family law paralegal. Having worked closely with families navigating disabilities and significant life changes, she offers a unique ability to guide people through emotionally challenging transitions with clarity and care.
Since transitioning to family law nearly four years ago, Andrea has supported clients across the full spectrum of family law matters, with a particular focus on Collaborative Divorce and out-of-court settlements. She draws on her client service background to provide steady, empathetic guidance throughout each stage of the legal process. Her strengths lie in communication, case management, and helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported—especially during times of uncertainty.
Andrea serves as a consistent point of contact, keeping clients updated and engaged at every step. She listens without judgment, explains legal options in understandable terms, and provides helpful resources to empower clients to make confident, informed decisions about their future.
Her work includes supporting cases involving inventory and appraisements, property division, discovery, hearing preparation, real estate documents, and marital agreements. Whether a case resolves through settlement or proceeds to a hearing, Andrea helps clients feel prepared and assured in the path forward. Andrea is an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and Capital Area Paralegal Association.
Outside the office, Andrea enjoys martial arts, writing, meditation, spending time with her spouse, and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
