Goranson Bain Ausley is pleased to announce that Jill Lowe has joined the firm as a family law attorney, bringing more than 21 years of legal experience and a long-standing commitment to collaborative, settlement-focused divorce.
Jill has devoted more than 19 years exclusively to family law and represents individuals and families in a wide range of matters, including high-net-worth divorces, complex property division, and child custody disputes. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida and will work out of the firm’s Plano office, serving clients throughout North Texas.
A recognized leader in Collaborative Divorce, Jill has represented clients in the collaborative process for more than a decade and previously served as Chair of the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law Section. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to helping families resolve disputes outside the courtroom with dignity, transparency, and respect.
Jill was Board Certified in Family Law in Florida for five years, a distinction representing the highest level of professional excellence in the field. While her current practice focuses on collaborative and settlement-oriented solutions, her background also includes litigation experience, providing a balanced perspective when court involvement becomes necessary.
In addition to her legal credentials, Jill is a certified life coach and incorporates those skills into her family law practice. She believes divorce is not only a legal process, but a significant life transition, and works intentionally to help clients move forward with clarity, stability, and confidence.
