Delivering Peace of Mind Through Constructive, Strategic Family Law
I represent a wide range of family law clients across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, including working parents, physicians, professionals, and their spouses or partners who want a lawyer they can trust to protect their interests. Many of my clients are facing the complex challenges of divorce, contested custody, and other family law matters while juggling careers, caring for children, and supporting aging parents.
I am trained in Collaborative Divorce and encourage clients to consider it when appropriate because it can protect children from conflict, create space for honest conversations about finances or fears, and help families develop practical, long-term solutions. At the same time, I recognize that some situations require a different approach. When collaboration is not a viable option, I draw on my litigation experience to evaluate risk, prepare strategically, and protect my clients’ priorities with clarity and confidence.
Clients who want a constructive approach often work with me because they do not want their divorce to define their future. They want a lawyer who can reduce unnecessary conflict, safeguard their children, and find solutions that preserve dignity. My practice is built on that philosophy: resolve what you can privately, creatively, and respectfully, and litigate only what truly requires a courtroom.
Here’s how:
• Take a client-centered approach that involves listening, empathizing, and strategizing to arrive at solutions that meet the needs of each client’s individual situation.
• Work with experts and specialized resources such as mental health professionals, financial experts, or children’s counselors to offer support to family law clients and strengthen their cases.
• Leverage my litigation experience to evaluate the cost-benefit analysis of going to court versus reaching a settlement out of court.
• Solve highly contested custody issues by providing creative possession schedules and parameters while reducing tensions between the parties.
• Remain focused on clients’ goals to reduce their stress and foster a sense of security about their case.
