Highly Regarded Texas Family Law Attorney Diana Friedman Joins GoransonBain Ausley, PLLC

Freidman, P.C. The matrimonial law firms announced today that Diana S. Friedman has joined GoransonBain Ausley as a Partner, and Lerrin B. Goldberg as an Associate.

Friedman, who founded her firm 14 years ago, focuses her practice on a broad range of family law issues, including complex property issues, child custody, premarital and postmarital agreements, and cases involving closely-held business interests.

An active member and past chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, serving as co-chair of the legislative committee, she is a leader in driving legislative changes that provide better outcomes for individuals and families going through a divorce.

Most recently, her achievements have earned her the 2016 Lawyer of the Year in Family Law by The Best Lawyers in America and Dallas 500 – The Most Powerful Business Leaders in Dallas-Ft. Worth awards. Among her many honors and awards, Friedman has been named a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2003, and a Best Lawyer in America for the past six years.

Friedman received her B.S from Louisiana State University and her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University.

Lerrin B. Goldberg, who joins GoransonBain Ausley as an Associate, brings experience as both a family law attorney and a former assistant district attorney. She holds her B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law. She is admitted to the practice of law in both Texas and Colorado. She is a member of the Dallas and Texas Bar Association’s Family Law Section, Dallas and Texas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and The Annette Stewart American Inn of Court.
