Goranson Bain Ausley Welcomes Attorney Carlos Gracia

Goranson Bain Ausley is thrilled to announce the addition of Carlos Gracia to our roster of skilled family law attorneys.

“Carlos has been a valuable addition to our Austin office since he joined us as a law clerk in 2021,” said P. Lindley Bain, managing partner. “We are proud to see him enter into the next phase of his career with us as an associate attorney.”

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Gracia works in partnership with a diverse group of clients to create a plan for achieving what is most important. Taking an empathetic and strategic approach, he builds trusting relationships with clients and works with them to accomplish things that would not be possible on their own. His special interests include resolving children’s issues such as custody, co-parenting, and possession schedules.

Gracia served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Dennise Garcia in the 303rd Judicial District (Family District Court) and was selected as a student attorney for the Texas Tech Family Law & Housing Clinic. He holds a B.A. from Texas A&M International University, an M.A. from Texas A&M University, and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law.
