Goranson Bain Ausley Welcomes Attorney Mona Hosseiny-Tovar

Texas family law firm Goranson Bain Ausley is deepening its expertise in the complexities of family law with the addition of Mona Hosseiny–Tovar to the Dallas-based office.

A fluent Farsi speaker, Hosseiny–Tovar’s experience as an immigration and criminal defense attorney and cultural understanding provides perspective and expertise in the complexities of the dissolution of multicultural marriages.

A skilled family law attorney, Hosseiny–Tovar has developed a deep knowledge of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in divorce with a focus on same-sex second-parent adoptions, child support, and custody issues.

Hosseiny–Tovar earned a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

She resides in Dallas with her wife and their daughter.
