Phoebe brings over a decade of paralegal experience to the Goranson Bain Ausley legal team, with nine of those years focused exclusively on family law. She has experience with high-asset divorces, premarital and postmarital agreements, complex child custody issues and enforcement and modification actions. Phoebe’s primary responsibilities include drafting pleadings and discovery, managing documents, preparing for trials and mediation, corresponding with courts and opposing parties, attending hearings and trials, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Phoebe’s values align seamlessly with those of Goranson Bain Ausley, she notes, “Clients are frequently experiencing some of the most difficult moments in their lives. I focus on compassionate and attentive listening to help them achieve positive changes in both their cases and their lives.”
Phoebe holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and Community Health from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is an Advanced NALA Certified Paralegal and looks forward to pursuing board certification in family law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Phoebe is an active member of the NALA, the Paralegal Association, the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and the Family Law Bar Association of San Antonio. She has held leadership positions in the San Antonio Paralegal Association, including Secretary and NALA Liaison from 2020 to 2023.
Outside of the office, Phoebe enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her rescue chihuahuas.
